try avoiding heat..for one, i assume u ave sinus problem and a heat stroke combined wid it cud lead to a couple of hrs of bed rest in hospital.. recently even a frn of mine suffered the same fate!
@sakshi: heat is a problem ya. But thankfully I dont have sinus, that wuda been really the end of me!
